3. If the unit send written notice to SC to appeal your plan 60 days before the conferece( before business match-making) will get 50% return fees, if you give appealing notice 15 days before the conference( after business match-making) , you can get the complete set of conference materials;
4. It is valid that if you send written notice to tell SC to make over your conference qualifications 60 days before the conference;
